Please be informed that the R8 JCPSP Third Party Bids and Awards Committee (R8 JCPSP-TPBAC) declared a Failure of Bidding (Second Round) of the Competitive Selection Process (CSP) for the procurement of the Aggregated RPS Power Supply of Region 8 for September 26, 2023 to December 25, 2031 due to its failure to meet the required minimum number of bidders as per Section 9 of DOE Department Circular No. DC2018-02-0003 as amended by DOE Department Circular No. DC2021-09-0030.
